We hope that you are remaining safe and healthy! At this point we know you must be anxious to get back in the salon and we cannot wait to make that happen, so we wanted to share some updates.

Recently the Governor announced plans for NY FORWARD, a 4 phased approach to getting NY open and back to business following the expiration of NY PAUSE on May 15th. Although there have been no dates defined to each phase of reopening, based on media reports and other data we can only assume that each phase coincides with the passage of a 14-day period between each. Our salon falls under the category of “Professional Services” which is included in Phase 2, as such we are looking at an open date beyond June 1st.

While we are eager to get back to servicing our guests, we would of course caution that this is still a fluid situation and the timelines may still adjust. Guests may continue to use the self-service options available to schedule appointments for future dates starting June 15th, through our Online Booking platform or through the Meraki Hair & Makeup Mobile App or complete the Request for Services, Indicating all services required, service provider requested, and any preferences you may have so we may book you according our newly established processes.

In the interim, we are working diligently with our own plans to reopen which includes modified processes and procedures, expanded days and hours of operation as well as in salon enhancements to provide a healthy and safe environment for our team and our valued guests. Once completed we will begin to contact any displaced appointments followed by any requests we may have received to date.


We offer a variety of products that are available for pick up that will maintain or refresh your existing color and hold you over until we reopen, including Custom Color Kit & Root Touch Up Sprays.

Please know our thoughts and prayers are with our community, specifically our valued guests and your families, especially our first responders and those that are suffering through the loss of a loved one.


When using these self-service options please keep in mind the rolling nature of this pandemic when choosing dates for service as they may need to be altered or changed.
