“As per usual, Natacha is my girl! She’s my absolute go-to and the person I trust wholeheartedly with my hair. Whether it’s a blowout, haircut, or treatment, I know I’m in good hands. Today I did a Brazilian Blowout, and I’ll admit I was skeptical because I’ve had treatments in the past where the results didn’t meet my expectations. Natacha was completely honest and transparent, walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect. She truly cares about the health of my hair, not just selling a service. The results look AMAZING, and I couldn’t be happier! Every time I come to Meraki, I feel cared for and confident that my hair is in the best hands. Trust, great service, and open communication are hard to find, and Natacha delivers all three.
